Prerequisites
Applicants must meet the following requirements prior to enrollment:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid State ID or Passport
- Level 1 (Non-IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Food Handlers Card
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Drug Screening
- Negative TB Test
- Active CNA License in good standing
Your tuition of $365 covers the full 16-hour training plus the D&S Headmaster testing fee, with no additional exam costs.
