Prerequisites

Applicants must meet the following requirements prior to enrollment:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid State ID or Passport
  • Level 1 (Non-IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Food Handlers Card
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Drug Screening
  • Negative TB Test
  • Active CNA License in good standing

Your tuition of $365 covers the full 16-hour training plus the D&S Headmaster testing fee, with no additional exam costs.
