We currently offer daytime, evening and weekend courses to fit your unique schedule.

What are the essential duties of a CNA/LNA?
A certified nursing assistant (CNA), takes care of patients' basic needs, including personal care, and provides support to other medical professionals in a healthcare or in-home setting. Certified Nursing Assistants are also required to document correct information and inform medical staff of any changes.

The Nurse Assistant Training program delivers an engaging curriculum that meets state and federal education regulations. Theory and skills practice, including a clinical experience at a skilled nursing facility, is conducted under nursing supervision. The course content focuses on critical thinking, decision-making and team concepts while incorporating elements of care and communication/interpersonal skills.
Students can generally expect to complete their training and be ready to take their state certification exam to become a licensed or certified nurse assistant (CNA) within 3 to 8 weeks of beginning their training. Before sitting for the state exam, students may add on an optional online test prep module to practice and improve their performance.
Tuition for CNA Training - $1,050.00 which includes, stethoscope/blood pressure kit combo, badge, scrub top, healthcare provider card (BLS) and use of the Hartman 6th Edition textbook.
**Advanced Placement CNA Training Tuition - $750 includes all items listed above.**

-Applicants must provide proof of legal residency (state issued drivers license or ID), be at least 16 years of age, have a negative TB test (within 9 months) (Approx Cost) $0-$59. In addition, you must obtain fingerprint clearance (Approx Cost) $67; required by some clinical partners.
-Applicants must attend an orientation to complete enrollment forms, receive badge, scrubs, learning materials and take the admissions reading, writing and math assessment necessary to comprehend course materials and perform duties safely.
-Applicants must have no active felony (ARS32-1606) in the past 3 years for which have not received an absolute discharge.
-Students are required to wear grey scrubs that may be purchased independently (Approx cost) $25-$40 or from Moore Medical Training Institute $35.
-Students must also hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification which is included in tuition and will be provided by Moore Medical Training Institute.
-Payment Plan – Payment plans will require at least half of the tuition at time of enrollment and the remaining amount will be due prior to attending clinical rotation. -Additional requirements for the Advanced Placement Program are at least one-year full-time employment in the direct provision of health care within the past five years or have successfully completed course work that included direct patient care experiences in allied health, medicine, or nursing in the past five years.

Upon successful completion of the Nursing Assistant Training at Moore Medical Training Institute, you will be eligible to test through Headmaster/D&S Diversified. Upon passing your state boards, you may apply to become a CNA or LNA in the state of Arizona.
