Course Enrollment and Payment: Upon enrollment in any of our programs or courses, the corresponding tuition or fees are due as specified at the time of registration.
Request for Refund: If, for any reason, you wish to request a refund, you must do so by contacting our administrative office at latisha@mooremedicaltraininginstitute.com or by calling (480) 660-2448 within 10 business days from the course start date.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Refund request is made within 10 business days from the course start date.
No course materials have been accessed or downloaded.
You have not participated in any live sessions, workshops, or assessments associated with the course.
Refund Processing: Once your refund request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
Partial Refunds: In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted, subject to the evaluation of the circumstances by Moore Medical Training Institute.
Non-Refundable Fees: Please be aware that certain fees, such as registration fees or administrative fees, may be non-refundable.
